Safe & Bright "Step 1" (Gallon) by CTI Pro's Choice | Color Stabilizer
Description: Safe & Bright "Step 1", also known as CSS, is a color stabilizer and souring agent. It's designed to be used while cleaning delicate fibers, such as oriental rugs, to stop dyes from bleeding.
Usage: Dilute 4 to 1, or 32 oz. per gallon of water, for normal usage. Apply product to fibers using high-volume sprayer. Following application, brush in product to ensure full saturation of product onto fibers.
