Eliminator Chemical System by Serum Systems - Machine Only, Chemicals Sold Separately

The "ELIMINATOR" is a radio controlled, waterless, low pressure, low flow spray SYSTEM designed by Serum Products for our Remediation and Disaster Recovery Contractors. The Serum Eliminator System is designed to work for years reducing the labor required for remediation cleanup, reducing the time required to complete the clean up job and drastically improving surface appearance. Enabling contractors to bid more jobs and turn them faster with better results.

FRONT PANEL CONTROLS
The front controls are simple and easy to understand with Spanish translations. There is a two position power switch with a green ON indicator light. The four position chemical selection switch begins at its extreme left position, YELLOW, which indicates there is no chemical selection, all chemicals off. Position two, BLUE, which indicates the selection is Serum 1000 ONLY. Position three, RED, which indicates the selection of Serum 1000 with Accelerator. Position four, WHITE, which indicates the selection of the UTILITY pick up.

AUTOMATIC ACCELERATOR MIXING
The "ELIMINATOR" is designed to spray our Serum 1000 by itself or accurately down stream inject 1 part Accelerator with 17 parts Serum 1000 accelerating the Serum 1000 to a more aggressive level without damage to the wetted metal and plastic parts, seals and "O" rings.

SPEEDING APPLICATION
The flow rate is 0.5 gallons per minute at 74 psi nozzle pressure. It's nozzle pressure is low enough that it doesn't aerosolize the liquid, putting all the liquid on the surface where it needs to be. The flow rate is 0.5 gallons per minute and is 0.2 gallons per minute more than an airless spray at 0.3 gallons per minute. The increased flow rate allows the applicator to apply and move faster than a airless sprayer enabling a much faster application speed.

FLEXIBILITY
The power unit is mounted on a all aluminum two wheel dolly that is of all welded construction and powder coated to protect the aluminum. The back of the dolly has stair climber bars to enable the unit to be moved up and down stairs or in and out of truck bodies. The unit can be easily removed from the two wheel dolly and mounted inside the truck body. In either case, the unit will support up to 150 feet of 1/4" ID application hose.

RADIO CONTROL
The radio control system has a receiver mounted inside the power unit and a transmitter mounted on the 18" application wand. The system has a range of 900 feet enabling contact even inside buildings up to 150 feet away. The radio system transmitter, via the ON/OFF buttons, turns the pump on and off, starting and stopping the flow out of the spray nozzle.

THE PUMP SYSTEM
The pump system is a dual opposed piston, positive displacement pump. It is self priming with all chemical pick up tubes having a filter and check valve on the end in the chemical containers. The pump normally flows 1 gallon per minute so we slow the RPM speed down to 0.5 gallon per minute greatly extending its normal productive life cycle.

CHEMICALS
The chemical pick up tubes can not be cross connected. The Accelerator is set up as a closed loop system that will not allow the caps to be swapped. The Serum 1000 has a pick up tube that goes all the way to the bottom of the five gallon pail and the Accelerator has a cap that has to marry to the closed loop insert in the five gallon pail. Also the pick up tubes and five gallon pails are color coded, Serum 1000 BLUE and Accelerator RED. There is a third ,UTILITY, pick up tube that is water white and can be used to spray any other chemical (at 0.5GPM @ 74 PSI) that the contractor needs to apply, such as our Serum 2000, long term protector.

APPLICATION HOSE AND WANDS
The "ELIMINATOR" comes with 1/4"ID x 1/2"OD x 50 feet of application hose. All hoses are equipped with male and female 316 stainless steel quick disconnects each end with EDPM "O" rings in the females. Two more 50' sections (100') may be added to the machine without degradation of pressure and injection. Maximum hose length 150 feet. Also included is a 18" 316 stainless steel application wand that cradles the transmitter as the wand handle and a 24" 316 stainless steel wand extension, all with 316 stainless steel quick disconnects. We offer a 60" 316 stainless steel extension wand with 316 stainless steel quick disconnects. We also offer a 12" flexible extension wand that maintains its position when flexed to a 90 degree angle. This is great for spraying in crawl spaces.

HISTORY
For many years we have dreamed of offering a spray system to apply our chemistry and over two years ago we launched our efforts to design our own spray system. Development and testing has occurred over the last two years and culminated with shipping our first ten units starting March, 2016.
