EZ-ACCESS's Signature Series Suitcase Ramp is a strong, lightweight and portable solution to the rigors of navigating modern life in a wheelchair or scooter.
The Signature Series features a single fold design, with a continuous full length low profile hinge for smooth, quiet action and stable performance. When folded, carrying the ramp is easy thanks to ergonomically designed handles; these flexible, non-breakable handles provide a comfortable grip as well as convenience.
This lightweight 30" W (when unfolded) ramp is made of welded aircraft-grade aluminum, with a weight capacity of 800 lbs. A self-adjusting bottom transition plate makes for a smooth, safe conversion when dealing with uneven terrain, and an extruded non-skid tread ensures your wheelchair or scooter won't slip or slide. A 3 year limited warranty protects the ramp against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Seven sizes of the Signature Series Suitcase Ramp are available: 2', 3', 4', 5', 6', 7' and 8'. Each size is exceptionally lightweight and easy to handle, with 2' weighing 9 lbs and the 8' weighing 42 lbs. When folded they measure 15" W x 4" H, making the Signature Series very, very easy to transport. Each size has a usage guideline: the 2' and 3' models are rated for curbs or 1 step, the 4' model for curbs and 1 or 2 steps, the 5' model for curbs, 1 or 2 steps and some minivans, the 6' and 7' models can handle 1-3 steps and some minivans & SUVs and the 8' model is designed for 2-3 steps and some minivans & SUVs.
